GTL's inmate email service, VisMail, is the most convenient way to stay in touch with an inmate. It only takes a few moments to set up your account and begin sending emails. Once the email is sent and approved, it is printed and hand delivered to the inmate. The inmate will then be able to respond using standard mail. IF YOU REGISTER MORE THAN ONCE, YOUR VISITATION MAY BE DELAYED.

Once you have registered for the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Inmate Visitation, you will receive an email explaining how to get your information to the inmate.

ANDROID PHONES USING THE GTL/VISMOBILE APP CAN BE USED TO SCHEDULE VISITS AFTER YOUR INMATE APPROVES YOU.


ALL VISITING ADULTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN WHILE VISITING.

Visitors should check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit.

The Central Video Visitation Center is located at 9620 Weisman Way, West Palm Beach, FL 33411.


The West County Video Visitation Center is located at 2890 State Road 15, Belle Glade, FL 33430.

DRESS CODE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO PICTURES, NOTES, ETC. MAY BE SHOWN TO THE INMATES DURING VISITATION.

Please note that traffic may be heavy at times around the South Florida Fairgrounds area, please plan accordingly.

If you are scheduling a visit with an Inmate Worker, please make sure you are scheduling visits around their work schedule. Inmates are not pulled from their work detail for visits.

ATTENTION PROFESSIONAL DESKTOP VISITORS!

There’s a new way to video visit online that requires a new desktop application, GTL VisBridge. To download, please log into your visitor account at least 10 minutes before your next visit, select “Internet Visit Tester” from the menu bar, then follow the prompts.

Professional visitors - Professional status is reserved for specific visitor types such as public defenders, private attorneys, and probation officers. Private attorneys must provide documentation indicating they are the attorney of record for the inmate selected during registration. Please contact the facility directly if you are unsure if you qualify for professional status.
